About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.rearpaw.com and to purchases from Rearpaw. The store is operated by Sawyglobe LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 8N-285, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA ("we", "us"). Using the store

You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Please give accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use the store lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or infringe anyone else's rights.

Our product

We sell the Rearpaw Fur Glove, a reusable, washable glove with a textured surface that lifts dog and cat hair from fabrics such as sofas, carpets, bedding, car seats and clothing. We aim to describe it accurately. Product images are illustrative and screen settings can affect how colours appear; this does not affect your right to receive a product that matches its description.

Safety and intended use

The Fur Glove is made for removing pet hair from household textiles and similar surfaces.

  • It is not a grooming tool. Do not use it directly on your dog, cat or other animals.

  • Test it on a small, hidden area first, especially on delicate, loosely woven or easily damaged fabrics.

  • Use it dry when collecting hair. Rinse it with water after use and let it air-dry completely. Do not tumble-dry it.

  • Keep it out of reach of pets and small children when not in use, and do not let pets chew it.

  • Stop using the glove if it is damaged.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for a product that is defective or unsafe.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The automated order confirmation acknowledges your order; we accept it when we dispatch it, unless your local law says otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order because of a stock issue, payment failure, delivery restriction or reasonable suspicion of fraud. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The checkout shows the total price, shipping and any taxes we collect before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or description, we will contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the order where the law allows. We will never charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

See our Shipping Policy for delivery destinations and estimates, and our Refund Policy for our 60-day money-back guarantee, which runs from delivery. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, unless your local law provides otherwise.

Your statutory rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including statutory guarantees, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Where the law allows, and apart from those cases, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images and the Rearpaw name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it to browse and shop for personal purposes only.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. You may also bring a claim before a competent court or dispute-resolution body available to you. We do not require you to agree to arbitration or to waive your local court rights.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
