Who we are

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number if provided, order details and messages you send us.

  • Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the payment status and the last digits of your card.

  • Device and usage information: when you visit the store, our platform and service providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and security logs, using cookies and similar technologies.

 

How we use it

We use your information to process payments, ship your order, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, keep the store secure, keep required business and tax records, and comply with the law. If you choose to receive marketing, or where you have agreed to optional cookies, we also use information for analytics and marketing. Placing an order does not sign you up for marketing.

Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you (orders and support), legal obligations (records and compliance), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and running the store), and consent (optional cookies and marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout;

  • Shopify Payments and its payment partners;

  • our US fulfilment partner and shipping carriers, to deliver your order;

  • service providers that help us run the store: Track123, which sends order tracking updates; Shopify Messaging, which sends our customer emails and, if you opt in, marketing messages; and Google Fonts, which delivers some of the fonts on our website and therefore receives your IP address when those pages load. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising pixels;

  • professional advisers, authorities where required by law, or a buyer of our business subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify processes information to provide the platform and may also use it for its own purposes as described in its consumer privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. You can also use Shopify's privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies make checkout, your cart and security work. Optional analytics and advertising cookies, if used, are set only with the choices required by your local law. You can manage them through the store's cookie or privacy settings where shown, or through your browser. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including accounting, tax and dispute periods, and then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Some US state laws also give you the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those laws define them, and to appeal a decision on your request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give additional notice where required.
